I have worked in the agency since 1986 concentrating in selling and servicing of personal lines and life insurance. In 2007 my business partner and I purchased the agency from my father, Thomas F. Hinkle. In addition to developing relationships with clients, I also oversee the agency operations and staff.
I grew up in the insurance business! My father started the agency out of my childhood home, and very often during dinner, he would have to excuse himself to take a claims report from a client. I didn’t realize how much I was learning, and at the time I never thought I would be working in the insurance industry, but I am sure glad I do! I truly enjoy working with my clients to bring a better understanding of their insurance policies and needs. I also love being able to spend my work days with the best co-workers and bringing the best service and products to our clients.
We currently have 3 generations of my family working in the agency – myself, my mother and my son. I truly feel blessed to work with them both; having learned a lot from my mother and father over the years, and now being able to teach my son all about the world of insurance.
I am passionate about giving back to the community, always looking for ways to support various non-profits and participating in community events. I am currently an active member of the Irish-4-A-Cure Relay for Life Team, supporter of Girls on the Run, and United Disabilities Services. I enjoy live music, art, skiing, and Long Beach Island, NJ. In addition to enjoying time with my husband Brad and my two grown children, I love hanging out with our friends and family.

Luke has been in the insurance business since 1989. In 1994 he started with the Hinkle Agency, focusing his time on commercial insurance. In 2007 Luke and his partner, Karyn Miller, became the owners of Hinkle Insurance. Luke has a BS in Business Management from PSU and has the Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Luke is married to his wife, Debra, and they have 4 children. In his spare time Luke likes to travel and go to concerts with his wife and spend time with his children. Luke also enjoys fly fishing and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Ann’s husband Tom Hinkle started the agency in 1976. She later became licensed and joined the agency in 1980. Ann is a true professional, having earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in the late 1990’s. Ann now works for her daughter Karyn Miller and Karyn’s business partner Luke Mosch. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, skiing, and driving her 1956 Thunderbird.
I began working at the Hinkle Agency in 1990. I started out on a part time basis as I eased back into the work force after being a stay-at-home-mom to my son, Keith. It wasn’t long until I got licensed and began working fulltime.
I sell and service automobile, homeowner’s and life insurance. The passion in my job lies within getting to know my clients. Over the many years of working here, I have had countless great conversations with our clients, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed that personal interaction. It’s important to me that each and every client receives the stellar service they deserve. It’s my mission with every call.
I’m married to Rick and we have one son, a beautiful daughter-in-law and two perfectly awesome twin grandchildren whom we both enjoy spending time with! I enjoy Women’s Bible Studies, relaxing with my husband playing cards and games, taking road trips looking for pretty things to put in front of a camera lens, reading a good book and playing bubble games on my tablet.
I began working at the Hinkle Agency in June of 2014 as a licensed bilingual personal lines agent. A few years ago, I transitioned to the commercial lines service agent. Known as the certificates of insurance Guru, I do most of the behind the scenes service work for commercial accounts, such as quoting, assembling renewals, and servicing policies. Not only do I service commercial lines, but I am continuing to welcome a larger group of Spanish speaking clientele for both personal and commercial lines insurance.

I have no children, but I do have a crazy Siberian husky that knows how to push my buttons like any child would.
I had the amazing opportunity to spend my college internship at Disney’s Magic Kingdom as a comedic performer.
I have a B.A in Spanish which led me to my next experience of volunteering as an English teacher/caregiver in San Carlos, Costa Rica. This was one of those experiences I will never forget! The group of children in my care were a part of the area’s poorest, but they were some of the most grateful and caring children I have ever met.
After graduating from Kutztown University, I spent a year in the French/Suisse Alps as a nanny for three wonderful French Canadian children. Besides basic conversational French, this experience taught me how important it is to be patient.
I joined Hinkle Insurance Agency in January 2016 as a member of the personal lines department. My passion for insurance began at an early age with an after school job at a local insurance agency. From that point on I knew that helping others with their insurance needs is what I wanted to focus on for my career. I enjoy working with clients to help them better understand their insurance coverages and needs.
In my spare time I am an active volunteer in my community and enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy running, hiking and kayaking.
